Description
Height:58cm(22.83in), Height:41cm(16.14in)White marble torso fragment of standing Guanyin Bodhisattva with modern display stand. Carved from smooth pale marble. The Bodhisattva wears an ornate crown, with gentle serene facial features. Elaborate layered necklaces and beaded ornaments are finely sculpted, with fluid flowing drapery in the style of Northern Dynasties to Sui-Tang Buddhist art. Missing forearms and lower feet, a surviving ancient sculpture marked by natural aged reddish patina and weathering. The fragment carries profound historical charm, a valuable antique stone Buddhist artwork for collection and display.
