The Bodhisattva sits casually atop a recumbent lion, wearing an ornate crown with serene facial expression. Draped robes and jewel ornaments are finely carved, one hand resting gently on the lion. The lion raises its head vividly with an open mouth. Ancient pigments have faded naturally over time, revealing weathered wood texture. Manjushri symbolizes supreme wisdom.
