D:20cm (7.87in) Weight:540g (1.19lb)This is a Song Dynasty Jun Yao plate with a shallow belly, folded rim, and flat base, a typical display or scholar??s object of the period. The entire vessel is covered in Jun Yao kiln-change glaze, with a sky-blue base and fine crackles throughout. The center and rim are naturally adorned with large rose purple splashes, showcasing Jun ware??s famous ??one color entering the kiln, a thousand colors leaving the kiln?? effect. The rim is gilded, protecting the easily worn edge and adding a touch of luxury. It is valued both for use and display
