Description

H:5.5cm(2.17in) W:15.3cm(6.02in) Weight:60g(0.13lb)This pendant is a masterpiece of ancient jade in the Han Dynasty. Made of Hetian jade, it adopts the "oil-dyeing" process to create a distinct black-and-white color layer. It imitates the shape of the Shang and Zhou jade ge, and fully carves dragon and phoenix patterns with openwork and bas-relief techniques. The dragon is vigorous, the phoenix is agile, the lines are powerful and smooth, and the craftsmanship is extremely exquisite. As a ritual pendant for Han Dynasty nobles, it symbolizes "power, status and good luck", with extremely high artistic, historical and collection value.
