Description
H:16cm(6.30in) D:11.8cm(4.65in) Weight:400g(0.88lb)This brush pot is a national treasure of bamboo carving in the Qing Dynasty. Made of high-quality aged bamboo root with a warm jujube-red patina, it adopts the high-relief and openwork carving techniques. The body of the brush pot is engraved with the poem "Ode to Red Cliff", combining poetry and painting perfectly. As a top study treasure for Qing literati, it symbolizes "eternal literary heritage and longevity", with extremely high artistic, historical and collection value.
