Height:4.7cmWidth:5.5cmWeight:84gFourteen-facet jet multi-sided seal of Northern Zhou Dynasty. Crafted from dense glossy black jet stone, all fourteen facets are intaglio carved with Han seal scripts, with ancient cinnabar pigment remaining inside the character grooves. It was a portable official credential for high-ranking Northern Zhou bureaucrats, integrating personal name, correspondence mark, auspicious proverbs and official authentication in one artifact. A rare and precious ancient seal relic representative of the Wei-Jin and Northern-Southern Dynasties.
