Draped in loose monk robe, holding sutra scrolls in hands. Original Ming red and cyan lacquer layers crackle and flake, matched with original wooden plinth. A temple devotional statue of the First Patriarch of Chan Buddhism, symbolizing enlightenment and dispelling confusion.
