Height:48cm(18.90in), Height:30cm(11.81in)Bluestone Buddha head sculpture. The ushnisha is covered with neatly carved wavy hair. The rounded gentle face bears an urna on the forehead, eyes half closed with serene compassionate expression. Elongated ears hang down alongside cheeks. Natural weathering and thick antique patina cover the stone. Stylistically representative of Northern Dynasties to Sui Chinese Buddhist sculpture, executed with concise, vigorous carving, a valuable ancient stone Buddhist fragment
