The stemmed cup bears a portrait of Marie Antoinette, Queen of King Louis XVI of the French Bourbon Dynasty, hand-painted by the master French porcelain artist BREITE (signature marked on the cup base), accompanied by delicate garlands of blooming pink roses.The handle is adorned with gilded carved scrolling acanthus leaf motifs. The petal-shaped saucer is fully embellished with gilded scrolling foliate and vine patterns in classic Rococo style.
