H:25.5cm(10.04in) W:16.5cm(6.50in) Weight:640g(1.41lb)This is an outstretched bi disc. The main circular area is fully carved with grain patterns and surrounded by chi dragon motifs. The upper outstretched part is openwork carved with double phoenixes holding the "Changle" (Eternal Joy) inscription. The intricate and exquisite craftsmanship combines openwork and relief carving, representing the classic form of Han Dynasty bi discs, symbolizing good fortune and eternal joy, and serving as a high-grade ritual vessel.
