Description
Originally designed in 1960 by Danish master Hans J. Wegner and produced by Erik J?rgensen, the "Ox" chair remains one of the most iconic statements of mid-century modern design. This example is upholstered in vegetable-tanned leather, its sculptural form defined by sweeping armrests and a bold, horn-like headrest that gives the piece its name. Resting on a polished chrome tubular steel frame, the chair combines commanding presence with inviting comfort, while the matching ottoman completes the lounge experience. Retains the original manufacturer??s and designer??s metal plaques, underscoring its authenticity. The leather exhibits a light, even patina consistent with careful use, enhancing its vintage appeal.
