Joe Shuster, co-creator of Superman alongside Jerry Siegel, occupies a foundational position in the history of comic book art. His creation of Superman not only introduced the modern superhero archetype but also established a visual and narrative framework that continues to define the genre.
The present drawing captures Superman in a classic side-profile composition, emphasizing the character’s heroic posture and iconic silhouette.
