H:16.8cm (6.61in) W:17.0cm (6.69in) Weight:2003g (4.42lb)This flat flask is a masterpiece of ancient jade craftsmanship in the Han Dynasty. Carved from Hetian white jade, it is decorated with gold inlay technique throughout. The flask body is fully inlaid with gold taotie patterns (beast face patterns), supplemented by cloud patterns. The jade is warm and transparent, with thick and natural ??? (patina). The taotie pattern is the core decoration of ancient Chinese ritual vessels, symbolizing royal power and majesty. This flask integrates ancient jade and gold inlay craftsmanship, representing the peak of Han Dynasty jade craftsmanship for nobles, with extremely high historical, artistic and collection value.
