BLACK GLAZED WOOD-LEAF PATTERNED PLATE FROM JIZHOU KILN OF THE QING DYNASTY

H:5cm(1.97in) D:35cm(13.78in)This plate is a classic masterpiece of Jizhou Kiln, featuring a wide mouth and shallow belly, covered with jet-black glaze. The center of the plate is fired with natural leaves, with clear vein textures. The golden leaves contrast beautifully with the black glaze, fully showing the unique charm of Jizhou Kiln’s leaf ??? craftsmanship. The rim is inlaid with silver and gilded gold interlocking branch decorations, repairing imperfections and enhancing luxury. It is an elegant artifact for scholar’s studio display and tea ceremony, with extremely high collection value.
