The front and back reserved panels with areas on the vase body and lid are respectively painted with Rococo-style paintings in the manner of 18th-century French Rococo court painter Watteau??depicting scenes of elegant court life of French aristocrats and rose floral motifs. The two handles are in the form of high-relief figures of elderly men with hats and long beards. The base of the porcelain vase bears the "AR" porcelain mark.
